Istanbul, June 21 (Hibya) – Producer prices abroad rose by 65.48 percent year-on-year and 0.42 percent month-on-month in May
International producer prices rose by 0.42 percent month-on-month in May, 14.11 percent in the first five months of the year, 65.48 percent year-on-year and 59.60 percent on a twelve-month average basis.
Non domestic prices in two main sectors of industry increased by 73.45 percent for mining and stone quarrying, increased by 65.34 percent for manufacturing compared with the previous year.
The indices of main industrial groups; increased by 58.94 percent for intermediate goods, increased by 71.72 percent for durable consumer goods, increased by 67.34 percent for non-durable consumer goods, increased by 75.80 percent for energy, increased by 70.72 percent for capital goods, annually.
Non domestic prices in two main sectors of industry increased by 2.85 percent for mining and stone quarrying, increased by 0.37 percent for manufacturing compared with the previous year.
The indices of main industrial groups; increased by 0.94 percent for intermediate goods, increased by 1.68 percent for durable consumer goods, increased by 0.67 percent for non-durable consumer goods, decreased by 8.25 percent for energy, increased by 0.73 percent for capital goods, annually.
